What do we usually eat at the major holidays of the year.

Christmas

During this season, we often enjoy roast meat, such as roast pork or chicken, at festive meals. Traditional recipes may also include special marinades or spices to bring out the flavor.

New Year's Day

On New Year's Day, it is customary to enjoy "heavier" meats, such as pork or beef cooked in a clay pot, accompanied by selected spices and assorted vegetables. Classic pork tigania and various types of sausage are also staples of the table.

Easter

At Easter, lamb is the centerpiece of Greek tables. Preparing lamb is associated with the Easter feast. Of course, pork kontosouvli with its vegetables is also a must at the table. Finally, kokoretsi is a well-known Greek delicacy.

Summer

During the summer, souvlaki is a must at every barbecue. The meat is usually either pork or chicken. In fact, it is most often served wrapped in various types of pita bread (whole wheat, corn, etc.) and accompanied by fresh vegetables and sauces.

What will you choose this year?
