 Open the vacuum pack and empty the contents, including the juices, into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to half and simmer for another 15 minutes with the lid closed until the sauce thickens!

• After cooking:
  • Refrigerate for up to 2 days
  • Ideal for reheating in a saucepan with a little water
