Dessert wine made from sun-dried Assyrtiko and Aidani grapes. Three years of aging in oak barrels lends it a full-bodied, velvety character, while bringing out notes of honey and lemon, aromas of raisins and sweet spices.

Its hallmark crisp acidity and notes of lemon and honey provide the freshness and balance it needs.

Pairs well with lean grilled fish and oily grilled fish.
