Organic Greek Beef Shank • Lean & Flavorful Cut • Ideal for Slow Cooking • Ready-to-Cook

Greek Organic Heifer Shank is one of the finest and most flavorful cuts of beef, ideal for slow cooking that brings out its natural deliciousness. It comes from the lower part of the animal’s leg and is characterized by a rich texture, full flavor, and high natural collagen content.

Organic heifer rearing ensures that the meat comes from animals raised on a natural diet and to high animal welfare standards, resulting in superior meat quality and authentic flavor.
