Lazaridis The Black Sheep Dry White 0,75L Varieties: Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc. Bright color with intense green-yellow highlights. The rich aromatic profile of Sauvignon Blanc, with aromas such as grapefruit, citron and freshly cut grass, blends harmoniously with green apple and honey from the Semillon variety.
Aging with battonage and the Sauvignon Blanc give us this elegant palate, while the Semillon brings crisp acidity and citrus aromas. A metallic finish reflecting the Mediterranean terroir. Serve at 8-10°C with seafood, lean white meats, green salads with light dressing, Mediterranean oil-based dishes and pasta with delicate sauces.
