It is prepared with:

✔ Oregano, rosemary, bay leaf, thyme
✔ Olive oil
✔ Salt and pepper

All ingredients are placed sealed in a special baking bag , so that it bakes with ideal humidity and literally "melts".

🔥 Baking Instructions

❗ The product is not ready to eat — it requires full baking.

It is baked as delivered, in the bag .

Oven:
1️⃣ Preheat to 170–180°C in air
2️⃣ Place the baking tray with the bag closed
3️⃣ Bake for 2 hours & 30 minutes – 3 hours
4️⃣ For a more rosy look:
– Open the bag in the last 10–15 minutes

💡 Chef's Tip:
Add ½ glass of white wine to the bag for an even more aromatic and honeyed result.
