🔥 Cooking Instructions

❗ This product is not ready to eat — it must be cooked thoroughly.

Bake as delivered, inside the bag.

Oven:
1️⃣ Preheat to 170–180°C on fan setting
2️⃣ Place the baking tray with the bag closed
3️⃣ Roast for 2 hours & 30 minutes – 3 hours
4️⃣ For a more browned appearance:
– Open the bag for the last 10–15 minutes

💡 Chef's Tip:
Add ½ glass of white wine to the bag for an even more aromatic, tender result.
