Περιγραφή

Συστατικά: μπριζόλα μοσχαρίσια χωρίς οστό, σάλτσα ντεμιγλάς, πιπέρια(κόκκινο, άσπρο, μαύρο),αλάτι.

Τρόπος παρασκευής: Παίρνουμε το σακουλάκι με το κρέας, το μεταφέρουμε σε μία κατσαρόλα με βραστό νερό και το εμβαπτιζουμε για περίπου 15 λεπτά. Κατόπιν, μεταφέρουμε την μπριζόλα σε ένα αντικολλητικό τηγάνι με λίγη λιπαρή ουσία και σοτάρουμε ελαφρώς να δώσουμε ροδαλό χρώμα
