A quintessential Sauvignon Blanc (Single Vineyard), starting with its pale lemon color and moving on to a nose that “shouts” the variety’s herbal aromas from afar, expressed here as green pepper and grass and combined with wonderful stone fruit, peach and nectarine, and hints of yeast.

On the palate, it is refreshing, with body and texture, as well as pronounced acidity that adds freshness. Abundant fruit on the palate, too, predominantly stone fruit with some exotic notes, dough, biscuit, and a long, evolving finish.
