Its production requires an early-morning harvest and the immediate transport of the grapes to the winery, careful sorting and filling the pneumatic press with whole grapes, as well as short, gentle pressings that release not only the variety’s most delicate but also its richest qualities, combined with its distinctive rosé color. It is fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve its aromas and freshness.

It stands out for its bright, playful color, reminiscent of the Rhône Valley. Its fresh, floral nose and pleasantly crisp palate complement its appealing appearance.
