The Three Witches from the Barafaka Estate is a wine with a bright rosé color and complexity on the nose with aromas of red fruits but also hints of flowers. A rosé semi-sweet semi-sparkling wine, from the Agiorgitiko, Syrah and Moschofilero varieties.
Full in the mouth with pleasant acidity and a long aftertaste. You can enjoy it as an aperitif, but it goes perfectly with seafood, white meats, cheeses and pasta. Served at 8-10°C.
Vinification
The vinification of each variety takes place separately in stainless steel tanks and in controlled temperature conditions of 16-17°C. Fermentations are stopped by cooling the fermented must leaving residual sugars in the wine. Immediately after, the blend of the three witches is carried out and post-fermentation actions follow with periodic suspension of wine lees for about 1 month, when the processes for bottling preparation begin.
Mouth
Exuberant and full in the mouth with balanced acidity and dynamic presence of bubbles. The above elements work synergistically offering a generous and creamy mouthfeel with harmonious sweetness and fruity aromatic aftertaste.
