This Malagousia comes from the newly established estate vineyard in one of the country’s coldest regions, Nevrokopi in Drama, at an altitude of 900 meters. The region’s microclimate, together with the expertise of the estate’s team, produces an exceptional and distinctive Malagousia, with pure fruit character and high acidity rarely found in wines made from this grape variety.

It pairs wonderfully with spanakopita, stuffed zucchini, peppers stuffed with cheese, oven-roasted chicken with potatoes, shrimp with lemon sauce, graviera cheeses, pasta with pesto, and olive-oil-based dishes such as artichokes and green beans.
