Thymiopoulos Estate Xinomavro Rosé Dry Wine 750ml

A distinctive and unconventional rosé wine. Apostolos Thymiopoulos goes against the rule that rosé should only be enjoyed young, creating a mature Xinomavro rosé that is already in its second year and proving its producer right.

It has a deep ruby color. Its mature aromas evoke red fruit preserves, sun-dried tomato, caramel, and sweet spices. It is full-bodied, with lively acidity, very gentle tannins, and a caramel finish.

Pairs exceptionally well with Grilled octopus, grilled tuna, grilled pork and chicken, pasta with red sauces, stuffed vegetables with minced meat and fried meatballs, risotto with mushrooms or truffle, and spetzofai.
