A blend from the estate’s finest 44-year-old, certified organic vineyards. Intense aromas of fresh dark and red forest fruits, violets, herbs, and elegant vegetal notes. On the palate, the acidity is high, with firm yet round tannins, in this Gi and Ouranos, aged in 500-liter French oak barrels in their second to third use for 18 months.
