Citrus notes reminiscent of bitter orange, tangerine and orange peel essential oils, along with some riper notes of banana, ripe pear and hints of white fruit. A nose that enchants not so much with its complexity, but with the immediacy of its character. In the mouth, the acidity is sufficiently refreshing, despite the overall low acidity "performance" of the variety, while the wine has a slightly bitter aftertaste at the end, which we would say will "whet your appetite" to drink more.
