Atlantis wines are made from Santorini’s two main grape varieties, white Assyrtiko and red Mandilaria, in a way that makes them a true wine bridge between today and yesterday, between you and Atlantis.
Atlantis White is made from 90% Assyrtiko, 5% Aidani, 5% Athiri.
Characteristics: It has a bright yellow color and subtle aromas with notes of citrus. Assyrtiko’s relatively high acidity gives it freshness, while the vineyard’s very low yields per hectare provide body, structure and substance.
Winemaking: Traditional white winemaking.
Aging potential: 2-3 years
Pairs with: Seafood and simply prepared fish.
