⚠️ Important
❗ The product is not ready to eat — it must be fully cooked before serving.
🔥 Cooking Method (roasting pan / oven)
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 170–180°C.
2️⃣ Place the front cut in a roasting pan, season with salt and pepper, and add olive oil, garlic, rosemary/thyme.
3️⃣ Add potatoes (optional) and a little water or white wine to the pan.
4️⃣ Cover (with parchment paper & aluminum foil or in a Dutch oven) and roast for 2–2.5 hours.
5️⃣ Uncover and increase the heat to 200–220°C for 15–25 minutes for crispy skin and a nice golden-brown finish.
6️⃣ Let it “rest” for 10 minutes before carving.
✅ Ready when fully cooked and the meat pulls away easily.
