1️⃣ Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
2️⃣ Grill for 35–45 minutes, turning every 10–12 minutes
3️⃣ Brush with a little olive oil at the end for a glossy finish

🔥 Oven (fan)

1️⃣ Preheat to 190°C
2️⃣ Roast for 50–60 minutes
3️⃣ At the end, increase the heat to 210°C for 10 minutes for crispy skin
