Bakes as delivered (inside the bag):
Oven:
1️⃣ Preheat to 180°C on fan setting
2️⃣ Place the tray with the bag closed
3️⃣ Roast for 2 hours & 15 minutes – 2 hours & 45 minutes
4️⃣ For a more golden-brown color: open the bag for the last 10–15 minutes

Add 100 ml white wine or lemon juice to the bag for even more aromatic juices.
