Περιγραφή

From the Stavros and Konti Karydia vineyards, at an altitude of 640 m, where the southern exposure, northern winds, and reddish sandy-clay soil create Amyntaio’s unique terroir. It is characterized by a bright ruby color with garnet reflections, and notes of tomato and wild strawberry. A complex bouquet of dried plums and cherry, with a spicy finish and vanilla aromas. Soft tannins and a long finish. Aged in new French barrels for 26 months, followed by an additional 6 months of bottle aging. Ideal for aging. Decanting is recommended.
Pairs perfectly with grilled meats, game, and rich cheeses.
